Biography

Manisha Sanjay is an Adroit IVF COORDINATOR and an MSc Post Graduate from SNDT university Mumbai, India.

She has experience for more than 15 years as a IVF COORDINATOR , planning, organizing and coordinating in establishing priorities and allocating resources. She has always set her sight on monitoring and adjusting work to delivering to the organization's mandate and to accomplish goals.

Throughout her experience, her main objective has been to learn and evolve knowledge in management principles like exceptional interpersonal skills, patient/customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills. In her experience, her foremost skill set involves communication and she takes immense interest in communicating with patients and hearing out their thoughts and notions.
