Biography

Dr Poornima Kinila is an MBBS DGO FRM MRCOG is a compassionate doctor in this demanding field of infertility, obstetrics and gynaecology. She is an excellent doctor that any couple or woman can relate to. She has a vast experience of 15 years in this field. She completed her graduation and postgrauation from KMC Mangalore and was the awarded the gold medal (MS Subbulakshmi prize) in her Post graduation. She has had far and wide experience working and teaching in renowned institutions of infertility like Gunasheela, Milann and Cloudnine where she developed a keen interest in infertility and hence completed the Rajiv Gandhi Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine. She went onto to pursue the Royal College Degree MRCOG to gain an insight to wholesome practice in this field.

She has published a few articles in journals pertaining to the field of infertility and also won awards for free paper and poster presentation. Her practice is open to all sections of society be it young needy or the elder age group. She has done innumerable deliveries, caesarean sections, MTP’S, ultrasound follicular monitoring scans, pregnancy ultrasound, family planning methods, cyst aspirations, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, IUI, oocyte retrieval and embryo transfers. She keeps the patients needs as her priority and uphelds their views and deals with individualised comprehensive care for better results and success stories and turning patients dreams and hopes to a reality in life.
